Monday produced a Limited Series through an intimate tribute to the Brand’s history, we depicted its namesake pushing boundaries and breaking new ground, not only at the forefront of a female-led conglomerate, but also with her novel approach to marketing. Carrying on in the spirit of Estee herself, the brand continues to break new ground in the form of technological innovations – science-driven eye repair formulas, virtual try-on, and the Estee Lauder gaming platform.
The series aimed to create connection and community amongst global hires, increase retention across the organization and facilitate affinity with top-level leadership.
